Why. To reply to you, serve an engagement, or stay in touch about relevant notes. Nothing else.
How long. As long as the client relationship is active, plus the retention period required by applicable law and our professional standards.
Who sees it. The Fingrity team, and only where necessary, regulated counterparties (bankers, auditors, regulators, counsel) engaged on your mandate.
Your rights. Access, correction, deletion — write to rk@fingrityadvisors.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security. Reasonable, industry-standard. We do not store payment instruments. We do not sell data.
